Boniface Omina spends his time building platforms, communities, and experiences that help people have fun, connect and grow. He is the Digital and Community Lead at ALADI, where he helps translate the institution’s mission into meaningful engagement across Africa through community-building, storytelling, and experiences that bring people together for dialogue, learning, and collaboration.
He is also the producer and co-host of the Boardroom Banter Podcast, a platform amplifying the stories of some of the world’s most ambitious dreamers and doers while equipping young professionals with the ideas, tools, and perspectives they need to thrive in their careers. Through the podcast, he has hosted leaders and changemakers from organizations and institutions including Google, Spotify, LinkedIn, Uber, Unilever, Stanford University, MIT, and the World Health Organization, alongside Forbes 30 Under 30 honorees and CNN Heroes, while doing projects with organizations like the Mastercard Foundation. Outside of his work in leadership, media, and community, Omina is an Afrohouse DJ and producer – whose music moves across genres like afrohouse, amapiano, afrotech and deep house. Inspired by the places, people, and cultures he encounters while travelling across Africa, he approaches music much like the rest of his work: as a way of telling stories, creating connection and bringing communities together.
