Laura Namuki Juma keeps organizations moving. An operations professional with over ten years of experience, she has built her career at the intersection of Operations, Administration, and Events, bringing structure and reliability to logistics and executive support across FMCG, NGO, and startup environments across East Africa.
Her work has spanned meeting and event coordination, travel and vendor management, and administrative support to leadership – the systems and processes that keep teams aligned. She now brings this operational foundation to ALADI as Admin and Operations. On the operational side, she is drawn to the coordination behind learning and programme delivery scheduling, logistics, and facilitator and participant support that keep training and cohort-based programmes running smoothly from planning through to delivery. Laura’s approach blends precision with adaptability building the systems that keep organizations running, and staying calm and resourceful when plans inevitably shift.
