Muthoni Muigai is a learning and development specialist with over a decade of experience designing and leading leadership, employability, and capability-building programs across Africa. She has worked across organizations such as CrossBoundary, Safaricom, Educate!, and Andela, where she has led initiatives spanning leadership development, workforce transformation, and multi-country program design and delivery.
