Rudyvoella well know as Rudy has over 15 years of experience in leadership development, learning and development, team building, training facilitation, staff development, and experiential learning. He has worked extensively in both Kenya and the United States, leading large teams, designing and delivering leadership programmes, coordinating training initiatives, and developing high-performing teams across diverse environments.
His background includes senior leadership roles in staffing, training, learning and development, as well as extensive experience facilitating youth, leadership, and organizational development programmes for corporates, educational institutions, and community groups. He also brings significant expertise in stakeholder engagement, talent development, onboarding, communication, and experiential learning design.
