Media & Editorial Lead
Location: Nairobi, Kenya (Hybrid)
The Media & Editorial Lead is the day-to-day execution lead within ALADI’s Media & Editorial Department, responsible for translating ALADI’s and partner’s thought leadership, convenings, and program priorities into high-quality editorial and media outputs. This role serves as the department’s operational anchor, ensuring strong editorial governance, production coordination, delivery discipline, and distribution excellence across ALADI and partner platforms. The position ensures that ALADI’s voice remains credible, consistent, and institutionally aligned and that key outputs supporting ALADI’s influence, partnerships, and public value are delivered with professionalism and rigor. The Media & Editorial Lead supports the Director by ensuring the department runs with structure, accountability, and high standards, and represents the Director in internal departmental matters when delegated.

ALADI Sleeping Warrior Campus Activities Lead
Location: Sleeping Warrior Campus, Kenya (On-site)
The ALADI Sleeping Warrior Campus Activities Lead will design, curate, and deliver immersive experiential programs that enhance the holistic nature of ALADI’s leadership trainings, retreats, and learning experiences. Drawing inspiration from the campus environs, African cultural heritage, and contemporary leadership themes, this role will bring to life activities that integrate reflection, resilience, teamwork, and cultural connection.

Administrative Assistant
Location: Nairobi, Kenya (Hybrid)
The Administrative Assistant plays a central role in supporting ALADI’s operational excellence. This position ensures efficient office management, provides administrative support to departments, assists with logistics, and supports documentation, travel coordination, and organisational workflow.

Engagements & Learning Manager
Location: Nairobi, Kenya (Hybrid)
The Engagements & Learning Manager will lead the design, coordination, delivery, and commercial growth of ALADI’s courses and retreats at the ALADI Sleeping Warrior Camp. The role focuses on supporting the completion of the course development, curation of the immersive learning experiences, driving enrolments and revenue, and ensuring strong impact and customer satisfaction.
